Owner Jennifer Joyce has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She has done it all: managed, bartended, waited tables, trained staff and hosted at clubs, restaurants and events. She thrives on the fast pace of events, enjoys opportunities to use her problem solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure all the while, providing her clients with excellent customer service.
One of her priorities is to pay attention to the little details so you don't have to! Jennifer is pleased she can combine her hospitality skills & talents to expand Contessa and create jobs for talented & creative people with a positive attitude and great work ethic.
